Service scope

Get Access provides custom website design and development services for dentists and dental practices worldwide. The specific scope of each project is defined in the plan you choose (Starter Presence, Growth Practice, or Premium) and any additional agreed-upon features.

Payment terms

Payment is due according to the plan you select. For the Starter Presence plan, full payment is due before launch. For the Growth Practice and Premium plans, installment setup is available — you can spread the cost across agreed milestones. A deposit may be required to begin work. Final payment is due before the website is launched and handed over.

Installment terms

For plans that offer installment setup, the payment schedule is agreed upon before work begins. Typically, this involves an initial deposit, a payment at the design approval stage, and a final payment before launch. The exact schedule is confirmed in writing before we start.

Ownership of deliverables

Once the project is complete and fully paid, you own the website, the code, the domain, and the hosting. We set up the domain and hosting in your name. We do not retain ownership of your website or hold it hostage. You are free to take your site to any other provider at any time.

Maintenance period

Every website includes 1 week of maintenance after launch. During this period, we will fix bugs, make minor adjustments, and ensure the site is functioning correctly. After the free maintenance period, ongoing maintenance is not included unless separately arranged. You may handle updates yourself or discuss a continued maintenance arrangement with us.

Revisions

Each plan includes revisions during the design and build stages. We work with you until the design direction is right, then refine details during the build. Major scope changes after the build has begun may require a separate quote.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the information and content we need to build your website in a timely manner. This includes text content, images, doctor or team information, and any other materials relevant to your project. Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline.
