How we keep your practice and patient information confidential.
Our commitment
Anything you share with Get Access to build your website, such as practice details, photos, documents and business information, is treated as confidential. We use it only to deliver your project.
Patient information
We do not need patient records to build a website, and we ask you not to send them. If you want to show patient photos or testimonials, please make sure you have the patient’s written consent. We will not publish patient images or stories without your confirmation that consent exists.
What we do
- Limit access to project information to the people working on your project.
- Do not share your materials with other clients or third parties, except providers needed to deliver the work (such as hosting).
- Do not use your private materials in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.
What we ask of you
Please avoid sending sensitive personal, medical or financial data over WhatsApp or email. Share only what is needed for the website.
After the project
On request, we will delete your project files and shared materials, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
